To be the region's best option to ensure and provide services inherent to the Family Compensation, Social Security and Social Protection systems.

To maintain this position as a financially sound organization with effective processes, a true interpreter and executor of the initiatives, will and challenges of society, continuously improving and innovating, expanding the coverage of its services for employee members and their families, the non-member community, and businesses.

To generate a culture that recognizes and respects human dignity that is highly committed to social and human development, and a driver of its evolution and transformation.

Our Mission
To provide the integrated services related to the Family Compensation, Social Security and Social Protection systems, according to its legal powers and its areas of competence.

To assign and distribute the mandatory subsidies: monetary payments; formal education; low-income housing, solidarity and guarantee Fund of the General Health Security System; childhood care; fostering employment, and unemployment protection.

To design, manage and operate programs to assure and provide health, education,
culture, libraries, family welfare, business support, recreation, sports, tourism, hotel, housing, social credit, pension and professional hazards administration services, as well as any services that are appropriate for an increased coverage and satisfaction of the protected population.

To contribute with the employers and the State, in a joint and several, re-distributive and constant manner, to improve the quality of life and the personal, family, and social development of employee members and other institutional audiences.

To be an exemplary Family Compensation Fund because of its valuation and respect for its members, its administrative organization, its knowledge base, effective processes, service quality and innovation, its high degree of user satisfaction, ethics, and rationality in its relationship with its suppliers, its highly qualified staff committed to service, and achievement of optimal performance in its social and economic operations, and its responsiveness to the needs and requirements of social development and justice in Colombia.
