To actively participate and lead in the process of analysis, reconceptualization, forecast and practice of Security and Social Protection in Colombia.

To incorporate to the institutional action the political will, social and specific research, impact results, and the strategic, inter-disciplinary, inter-sectors and inter-institutional vision required to define said purpose.

Quality and Environment Management
To fully comply with laws and the commitments made with members, users, employees and suppliers, ensuring their satisfaction through a constant exchange of truthful and timely information, proper use of resources, personalized attention, innovation and improvement of services, as a function of human and social development and in harmony with nature.  

Organizational Development
To strictly comply with the Fund's operation and with of each of its programs.

To supply the information in a timely, precise and discrete manner that is required by the supervising entities, the Fund's internal customers, member companies, workers, suppliers and the media.

To create strategic alliances and regional, national and international agreements to achieve higher social goals and optimize resources to provide the services.

To constantly research and update the knowledge and appropriate technologies that serve as a foundation of the services provided by the Fund, resulting thus, in a better administration.

To classify, follow-up, develop and recognize out suppliers as strategic allies to provide the services, searching with them the satisfaction of the Organization's external and internal customers.

To value the highly qualified human talent with positive attitudes, to support the Organization's structure and operation.
    
Relationship with Employers and Member Workers
To provide value, respect, fairness and personalized service to every member.

To render constant arrangements with the employers and workers' representatives to identify their needs and the needs of their families, to define the adequate services provided.

To cooperate with workers and employers so that they are aware, understand and value the features, benefits, rights and duties of the Social Security System.

To constantly motivate employers and workers to establish alliances with those     involved and committed to the country's social, political and economic development, to guarantee the operation and development of the Social Security System in Colombia.

To have a constant attitude to understand, discuss, arrange and provide technical-administrative advice, so that employers can record difficulties to pay their obligations towards the Social Security System.

Subsidies
Privileged budget assignment and timely payment of the monetary subsidy.

Strategic, fair and increasing distribution of the subsidy, in the different programs and social services of the Fund.

Follow-up, Assessment & Control
Preventive, educational and corrective aid of the bodies and control agencies, of every title and dependency of the Organization, to ensure compliance of its policies and roles; Timely rendering of the services; Reliability in the procedures;     Honest management of the goods and the abiding to the norms, and internal and external regulations set forth.

Relationships with the Competition
Keep an attitude of respect and healthy emulation with the entities that provide Social Security services or analogue services offered by COMFENALCO.
Openness to dialogues and discretionary cooperation, guided towards boosting the country's Security System.
    
Territorial Coverage
To provide institutional services in the municipalities of Antioquia and other regions of the country based on making the highest impact in the community and contribution to develop the Social Security system.

Integrated planning of services and their gradual development, based on social and cultural diagnostics and economic feasibility.

Services Focus & Provision
To give priority to the services, programs and projects, as well as guidance of the resources, in accordance with the existing norms and the members' social-cultural and economic needs and expectations.

To expand the services' coverage, qualification and innovation, for the social benefit of the members and other communities, handling risks prudently.
