“A Company at School” is the title of the Video-conference presented on March 1st in the University-Business Integration Center, promoted by COMFENALCO Antioquia alongside the Technological City of the Nalón Valley – VALNALÓN from Spain. This educational activity had the goal of encouraging an educational environment which will promote the creation of businesses and, through them, employment and technological development through innovations with new learning environments.
VALNALÓN shared their methodology, their results, and the things they’ve learnt as they have worked encouraging an enterprising culture, with 140 people including teachers and students from different educational institutions. This is an area where they have had great achievements and are widely recognized in Spain. It is precisely that experience which is the axis of the relationship of cooperation established between both institutions. VALNALÓN’s technical support will be very valuable for training teachers, reviewing and designing curriculums in our institutions and in orientation for accompanying our entrepreneurs in small and medium businesses.
VALNALÓN Technological City is a entrepreneurial society with the goal of designing and carrying out a project of industrial re-generation, promotion and dynamics within its community, through a training project called the Chain of Enterprise training, which has its first link in Primary Education, and the final link in the establishment of businesses, encouraging, training, guiding and supporting future entrepreneurs.
