The La María indigenous community receives a visit from a Generalitat leader

 During its first year of development, the project Sowing the future in the indigenous community of La Maria was visited by Irene Cabrera on behalf of La Generalitat Valenciana in Spain, one of its main financial sponsors.
After a ceremony in which she received presents and handcrafts made by the indigenous women, Mrs. Cabrera visited the plantations of exotic flowers that have been sowed, and praised the good results the project has achieved, the commitment of the community in all the activities that the project has undertaken and the effort that the community and the team in charge have made to become a strong enterprise that will
help the progress of the families involved.
She remarked as well that for the Generalitat Valenciana this is a very important initiative because it is one of the few projects to which they have given financial support related to the local development of indigenous communities.
