On April 8 and 9, COMFENALCO Antioquia received the visit of Silvia Sevilla who came in representation of the Generalitat Valenciana to get to know and to monitor the following projects co-financed by said government entity: “Sowing the Future in the La María Indigenous Community” and “Living in the Park: Strengthening Socially Responsible Tourism in Piedras Blancas.”

At both projects the representative had the opportunity to talk with the beneficiaries, travel round the area where the activities are being carried out and receive detailed information regarding the activities carried out during project execution. 

At the end of the visits, the representative expressed her satisfaction at seeing projects where the beneficiaries are completely empowered and where they acknowledge the favorable changes these initiatives are bringing to their standard of living.
